Fifty Four Mag Code of Conduct
No Harassment or Discrimination
All individuals contributing to Fifty Four Mag projects deserve respectful treatment. We prohibit discrimination or harassment based on protected characteristics including sex, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity. We expect partner organisations to maintain comparable equal opportunity and anti-harassment policies.
Shoot Guidelines
Photo and video productions must maintain professional environments free from disrespectful conduct.
Key requirements include:
- Models must be at least 18 years old (exceptions for self-profiled subjects with appropriate chaperones for younger participants)
- Compliance with applicable labour, wage, immigration, and child labour laws
- Prohibition on alcohol and illegal drug use at shoot locations
- Advanced written notification and consent regarding nudity, swimwear, lingerie, or sexually suggestive content
- Private dressing facilities for all participants
- Appropriate undergarments provided for sheer clothing unless otherwise agreed
- Respect for participants’ comfort levels regarding skin exposure
- Limitation on photographer access to subjects outside official assignments
Unacceptable Conduct
Our guidelines prohibit sexual advances, physical threats, offensive comments regarding protected characteristics, and display of obscene material. All participants must act professionally and refrain from harassment. Concerns should be directed to the designated Fifty Four Mag contact listed on shoot call sheets.
